Authentication Information

We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage your account credentials. We store authentication tokens to keep you signed in between sessions.

• Extension usage statistics (form fills, button clicks)
• Feature interactions (which features are used most)
• Error reports for debugging (no personal data included)
• Performance metrics to improve response times

Chrome Extension Permissions

Our extension requires certain permissions to function:

• activeTab: To detect and fill forms on the current tab only when you interact with our extension
• storage: To save your authentication state and preferences locally on your device
• host permissions (all_urls): To detect and fill job application forms on any careers website you visit. We only activate when you explicitly click the extension button

Important Security Notes:

• We do NOT inject any remote code or scripts
• All extension code is bundled and reviewed by Chrome Web Store
• We only access page content when you explicitly trigger form detection/filling
• Authentication is handled securely through message passing to our background service

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
